TYPE LOCALITY: Nepal .

DISTRIBUTION: E Nepal, through N and NE India ( Bhutan, Sikkim, Assam), SE Bangladesh, Burma, S China (Yunnan), Thailand, and Cambodia.

SYNONYMS: castaneus , lonnbergi, minor , pater , plumbescens.

COMMENTS: Kock and Posamentier (1983) and Lekagul and McNeely (1977) provided detailed and general distribution maps.
