TYPE LOCALITY: Namibia, Great Namaqualand, Great Brukkaros Mtn, near Berseba .

DISTRIBUTION: S Namibia: vicinity of type locality and south of there between Aus region in the west and South African border near Rietfontein area in the east. South Africa: in extreme N Cape Prov. on south bank of the Orange River at Augrabies Falls (USNM 452333).

COMMENTS: Geographic limits of this distinctive species have yet to be determined.
