TYPE LOCALITY: Colombia, Antioquia Dept., basin of Rio Atrato, Loma Teguerre, just below and opposite Sautata (Choco), 1 m; 7°54'N, 77°W GoogleMaps .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.

COMMENTS: Known only by the holotype; related to O. couesi and O. palustris (see Hershkovitz, 1971).
