TYPE LOCALITY: Argentina, Santa Cruz Prov., south of Santa Cruz, near 50°S latitude .

DISTRIBUTION: S Argentina, from Rio Negro Prov. to Santa Cruz Prov.

COMMENTS: Known by only six specimens; morphology and habits amplified by Pearson (1984).
