TYPE LOCALITY: China, Sichuan, near Nan-chwan (Nanchuan), Mt. Chin-fu-san (Jingfu Shan) .

DISTRIBUTION: Sichuan and Yunnan ( China) and N Burma.

SYNONYMS: atronates, nivatus.

COMMENTS: Formerly included in soricipes ; but see Hoffmann (1984).
