Diagnosis. This species is very similar to L. rectifoliacea sp. nov. in the patterns of wing ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 G) and abdominal tergites ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 I), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the aedeagus thick, curved ventrad and with minute, serrated processes submedially ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 D).
Description. Ocellar triangle dark brown, with ca. 3–7 setae above ocellar setae. Frons brown. Pedicel yellow; first flagellomere yellowish brown. Clypeus brownish yellow. Mesonotum nearly yellowish brown, slightly brown before scutellum ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Postpronotal lobe yellow. Acrostichal setulae in ca. 14 irregular rows ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Scutellum brown medially, dark brown laterally, pale at tip ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 C). Pleura with a indistinctive, brown longitudinal stripe above ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 D). Katepisternum and meron yellowish ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 D). Wing ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 G): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 7–8 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites brown to dark brown ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 I), with yellow margins on second to fifth; second yellow medially; third to fifth each with 2 pairs of yellow patches submedially on anterior margins; sixth with a pair of yellow patches submedially. Male terminalia: Epandrium with ca. 15 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 A). Hypandrium with 1 sensillum ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 B). Paramere basally narrow, distally broadened, with ca. 4 sensilla and pubescence ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 C). Aedeagus almost reticulated completely ( Fig. 30 View FIGURE 30 D).
Measurements. BL = 3.93 mm in holotype (range in 2♂ and 5♀ paratypes: 3.73–4.57 mm in ♂, 3.07–4.33 mm in ♀), THL = 1.97 mm (1.83–2.07 mm in ♂, 1.43–1.93 mm in ♀), WL = 3.17 mm (3.07–3.50 mm in ♂, 2.60– 3.23 mm in ♀), WW = 1.50 mm (1.43–1.60 mm in ♂, 1.10–1.47 mm in ♀), arb = 10/4 (7–10/4–5), avd = 0.87 (0.86–1.03), adf = 1.88 (1.65–1.88), flw = 1.94 (1.65–2.00), FW/HW = 0.35 (0.33–0.40), ch/o = 0.03 (0.02–0.03), prorb = 0.53 (0.52–0.61), rcorb = 0.66 (0.63–0.71), vb = 0.38 (0.34–0.46), dcl = 0.48 (0.48–0.56), presctl = 0.55 (0.39–0.53), sctl = damaged (1.26–1.52), sterno = damaged (0.54–0.75), orbito = 2.18 (2.00–2.70), dcp = 0.30 (0.23–0.31), sctlp = 1.17 (1.00–1.24), C = 2.15 (2.04–2.46), 4c = 1.11 (1.32–1.67), 4v = 1.72 (1.98–2.57), 5x = 0.87 (0.77–1.05), ac = 2.89 (2.67–3.46), M = 0.43 (0.49–0.74), C3F = 0.88 (0.87–0.92).

Etymology. A combination of the Latin words “ serratus ” (= serrated) + “ foliaceus ” (= folium), referring to the aedeagus with minute, serrated processes submedially.
Distribution. China (Guangxi, Hainan, Yunnan).
