Leucophenga subulata Huang & Chen , sp. nov.

( Figs 3 View FIGURE 3 H, 7E, 7F, 9J, 13E, 13F, 31)

Diagnosis. This species is very similar to L. uncinata sp. nov. in the patterns of wing and abdominal tergites ( Figs 3 View FIGURE 3 H, 9J), but can be distinguished from the latter by having the aedeagus slender and reticulated, with a small, ventral projection subbasally and several, minute, serrated processes submedially ( Fig. 31 View FIGURE 31 D).

Description. Ocellar triangle dark brown, with ca. 3–6 setae above ocellar setae. Frons brown. Pedicel brownish yellow; first flagellomere brown. Clypeus dark brown. Mesonotum brown, with 1 broad, dark brown longitudinal stripe medially: thin anteriorly and broad posteriorly ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 E). Postpronotal lobe yellow. Acrostichal setulae in ca. 16 irregular rows ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 E). Scutellum dark brown, pale at tip ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 E). Katepisternum yellow, with brown patch above ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 F). Meron brownish ( Fig. 7 View FIGURE 7 F). Wing ( Fig. 3 View FIGURE 3 H): Costal vein between R2+3 and R4+5 distally with ca. 7 peg-like spinules on ventral surface. Abdominal tergites dark brown to black ( Fig. 9 View FIGURE 9 J); second yellow anteromedially, with a yellow patch laterally; third with a pair of narrow, yellow patches submedially on anterior margin; fourth with a pair of small, yellow patches submedially; sixth yellow posteriorly. Male terminalia: Epandrium with ca. 13 setae near posterior margin and ventral corner per side ( Fig. 31 View FIGURE 31 A). Hypandrium lacking sensillum ( Fig. 31 View FIGURE 31 B). Paramere broadened medially, with ca. 5 sensilla and pubescence distally ( Fig. 31 View FIGURE 31 C).
