[*not ranovalonae (sic!) as cited by Bloch (1940)] ( Figs 2E , 4L ) 3 syntypes (☿): “ C. ranavalonis [sic!] Forel ☿ Bois Ivondro p. [près] Tamatavé (Madagascar)”. The locality corresponds perfectly with the one given by Forel (1887: 389).
