Basionym: Specklinia ianthina Pessoa & Barros (2014: 131) .
Distribution: Brazil, Bahia, Atlantic Rainforest ( Pessoa & Barros 2014).
Karremans et al. (2016) included Specklinia ianthina under the synonymy of Pabstiella brasilica . Our results show that they are not closely related species, despite the morphological and geographical proximity.
