D e s c r i p t i o n of:
Small, body length 4.5-5 mm. Flagellum with 31 flagellomeres, tyloids on flagellomeres 7-18, anellus swollen, genal carina in the lower part with an rounded indentation, structure otherwise very similar to the female. Black. Palpi, scapus, apophyses and areae posteroexternae reddish (ivory in the Vietnamese specimen). Ivory are clypeus, collare, lower and hind edge of pronotum, subalar ridge, usually scutellum centrally, tergites 6 and 7. Legs including coxae and trochanters reddish, hind femora and tibiae darkened apically, hind tarsi black. Pterostigma brown.
