Type data: Holotype: PERU, Junín, Pan de Azucar, Tarma River, heads of Chanchamayo River , in subtropical rainforest, in dark places among stones, 1 ♂ ( SMF RII 12779, examined by photograph) . Paratypes: Same data as holotype, 1 ♂ 1 ♀ ( SMF RII 12779, not examined) ; same data as holotype, 2 ♂ 1 ♀ ( WPC, not examined) .
