Distribution. Indian records: Sikkim, Khasis, Nagas ( Hampson 1896b) , North East India ( Hampson 1896a), India ( Robinson et al. 1994), Uttarakhand (Nainital) ( Smetacek 2008), West Himalaya ( Sanyal et al. 2018), Sikkim, Khásis, Nágas , Mizoram ( Singh et al. 2019a), Arunachal Pradesh ( Sondhi et al. 2021). Global records: Bhutan, Borneo ( Hampson 1896b), Nepal, China (Yunnan), Taiwan, Burma, Thailand, Vietnam, W. Malaysia, Sumatra, Java, Brunei, Sabah, Sarawak, Kalimantan, lowland to lower montane forest (to 1200 m) ( Robinson et al. 1994), Borneo ( Sutton et al. 2015), Bhután [ Bhutan], Borneo, Burma, Nepal, Thailand, China (Yunnan), Taiwan, Vietnam, West Malaysia, Sumatra, Java, Brunei, Sabah, Sarawak ( Singh et al. 2019a).
