Type locality: Indonesia, Pulo Laut, South East Bornoe ; Java , Sambawa; Celebes
Distribution. Indian records: Port Blair (Andaman) ( Gupta 1994), Andaman and Nicobar Islands (South Andaman and South Nicobar) ( Chandra & Rajan 2004). Global records: Burma, Indo-Malayan area [Borneo, Pulo Laut, Tambora, Celebes (Sulawesi)], Papua ( Mandal & Bhattacharya 1980), Sumatra, Bali, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, mont ane ( Robinson et al. 1994).
