Collecting data. Ecuador, Pastaza Province: near Puyo, 3–VIII–2008, R.W. Flowers, J. Calles. Host plant. Calathea sp. (Marantaceae) . Two to three adults were found per leaf on numerous leaves, but no larvae were present. This is the first host record for this species.
