Remarks. The larva ( Ahmad & Burke 1972) and pupa ( Burke 1968) of this species have already been described. The material studied by me corresponds well to these descriptions, except that this species has three pairs of ligular setae (ligs) (= glossal), rather than two, as indicated in the previous description. Also, when describing the antenna, not all sensilla were indicated. Basal membranous segment ( Figs. 105 View FIGURES 98–106 ) with conical sensorium (se) and five sensilla: one ampullacea (sa), three styloconium (ss) and one basiconicum (sb). The pupa of this species has ventral setae (v) on the abdominal segments, as in A. incurvus , but in most specimens these setae are usually visible only on I–IV segments.
