Type species: Mimadiestra biloba Storozhenko & Dawwrueng , by original designation.

Generic diagnosis. Body shape typical for Aemodogryllinae , medium-sized for Diestramimini .Fastigium verticis with two conical tubercles, apices divided. Posterior margin of male 6 th abdominal tergite obtusely rounded. Posterior margin of male 7 th abdominal tergite with 2 processes. Male paraproct long, obviously surpassing posteromedian process of 7 th abdominal tergite. Male genitalia with 6 lobes.
