Distribution. Balkans, SE Europe and steppes of Central Europe, Turkey, SW Siberia, Altai.
Material examined. 34 specimens ( KUMN, ZIN, ZMUN) including: Crimea : 8spec. ( KUMN), Alushta Distr., Crimean Nature Reserve, Khyr-Alan Mts , Alma River valley , 44.719133°N 34.198706°E, 470 m, Levchinskaya leg. 25.v.1954 GoogleMaps ; 2spec. ( KUMN) Feodosiya Distr., Karadag Nature Reserve , 44.912167°N 35.208194°E, xerothermic slope, K. Nadein leg. 4.v.2000 GoogleMaps .
Biology. Mixed forests and xerothermic shrublands, steppes. Adults occur in IV–VI. Polyphagous.
