Genus Agrisius Walker, 1855
Agrisius Walker, 1855 , List of the specimens of lepidopterous insects in the collection of the British Museum 3: 723. TS: Agrisius guttivitta Walker, 1855 , by monotypy. TL: North India.
The Agrisius fuliginosus species-group is established by Dubatolov & Kishida (2013) for three species: A. fuliginosus Moore, 1872 from N India, Nepal, A. albula Orhant, 1997 from Myanmar (described for female), and A. bolovena Orhant, 2012 from S. Laos (with noted to possibly a junior synonym of A. albula ). Singh & Kirti (2016) (in Kirti & Singh 2016) later described two additional new species from NE India, A. albafuliginosus and A. neofuliginosus . Totally five species included in this group ( Volynkin et al. 2018). Species of this group can be distinguished from other species-groups by a bilobate bulbous uncus, with lobes terminating by small spines or processes; a valva being oval, membranous, and lacking sclerotized processes; and an aedeagus bearing a small or large prick ( Dubatolov & Kishida 2013).
Distribution. India, Nepal ( Moore 1872; Kirti & Singh 2016), China ( Fang 2000), Laos (Orhant 212); Myanmar, Thailand and Vietnam (in the present paper).
