Priscibrumus trubetzkoi ( Barovskij, 1927)
Exochomus trubetzkoi Barovskij, 1927: 251 .- Korschefsky 1932: 261.
Priscibrumus trubetzkoi : Kovář 1997: 117.
Barovskij (1927) described as Exochomus trubetzkoi based on a unique specimen (Type locality: “mountains of Kashmir Fargabad in Gresh-Nul, close to the river Vardvan-Maru, alt. 8000”). He stated that it was similar to ‘ Exochomus uropygialis ’ but differed in being smaller, narrower, and much more finely punctate and in having a large, triangular apical elytral spot. The pronotum was also described as narrower and punctate, glabrous in the middle, and sparsely hairy on the sides. The general colour pattern and the dimensions (3.6 mm long and 2.6 mm wide) fall within the overall size range of P. uropygialis . Kovář (1997: 117) transferred it to Priscibrumus , apparently after examining the type specimen. Material fitting this description has not been found for further study.
