Diagnosis. Length: 4.43–5.00 mm; width: 4.50–5.00 mm. Form ( Fig. 69a–c View FIGURE 69 ) broadly rounded, nearly as broad as wide; dorsum moderately convex, glabrous except clypeal area of head covered with short, greyish hairs. Head bluish black, rest of dorsal side dark blue, mouthparts yellow. Ventral side bluish black except legs yellow, abdomen brownish black. Clypeus medially raised into a distinct projection in male, produced to a lesser degree in female ( Fig. 69c, e View FIGURE 69 ). Distribution. India (Arunachal Pradesh; Assam); China (Tibet).
Notes. Li et al. (2017a) described it from China. Poorani & Thangjam (2019) recorded it from north-eastern India.
