Eight species of Pinanga were recognized from Vietnam by Henderson (2009); a ninth was added by Henderson et al. (2010); and a tenth, Pinanga adangensis Ridley (1912: 62) was recently collected in Phu Quoc Island. Here we describe an eleventh species. All but two of these 11 species are endemic to Vietnam.
