Like 31 but plant densely puberulent; leaves up to 7 mm wide, spathulate, obtuse, in a hemispherical, cushion-like basal rosette; non-flowering branches usually numerous; spikelets contiguous; outer bract overlapping of the inner, the inner truncate; calyx 3 -5-5 mm, the limb as long as the tube. Calcareous maritime cliffs. • Islas Baléares. BI.
