(14) Sarsilatona serricauda ( Sars, 1901) s.lat.
Indian records. Assam and Madhya Pradesh — Sharma B.K. & Sharma S. (2010) .
Remarks. Valid species described from South America ( Sars 1901). Sharma B.K. & Sharma S. (2010) described specimens from India, quite similar to the South American taxon, but their status needs to be checked.
Distribution. S. serricauda s.str. is distributed in South and North America from Argentina to the south of the USA ( Korovchinsky 2004). Indian populations, most probably, form a separate taxon.
