Remarks. Valid species described from Germany ( Schoedler, 1862).

Distribution. Common in the Palaearctic and likely restricted to this region, yet “ the boundaries in the East and South are unknown ” ( Smirnov 1998). Oriental records (Michael & Sharma B.K. 1988; Tanaka & Ohtaka 2010) need to be revised.
