Remarks. Valid species described from Denmark (O.F. Müller 1776). It is necessary to say that determination by Michael & Sharma B.K. (1988, p. 126–128, Fig. 38) is problematic, the specimen from their illustration apparently is not P. trigonellus having too delicate postanal teeth on the postabdomen.
Distribution. “Holarctic” ( Smirnov 1996), other records need to be checked.
