Diagnosis

Body generally dark red/brown with extensive pale yellow in the following parts ( Figures 8 View Figure 8 and 9 View Figure 9 ): scape beneath with large oval spot, pronotum (except for red/brown anterior margin and bright red posterior margin), labrum and palpi, mesoscutellum (except red/ brown at base), postscutellum, exterior longitudinal streak on all tibiae, hind femur along its ventral and dorsal margins and apically (teeth black); two large oval markings occupying most of GT1, broad cross band on GT3, a cross band on posterior two-thirds of GT5, syntergum, mesoscutum dark brown dorsally, red/brown laterally. Fore wing infuscate, with a middle hyaline streak extending to base of wing.

Clypeus with median spine-like projection slightly longer than lateral lobes ( Figure 9 View Figure 9 (a)); pronotum with three strong carinae, with preapical strongly elevated medially, while that of hind margin less elevated ( Figure 8 View Figure 8 (b)); postscutellum evenly convex, not carinate or bidentate ( Figure 8 View Figure 8 (b)); hind femur densely punctured, without smooth streaks, with triangular basal tooth as long as middle tooth, which are followed by smaller teeth ( Figure 8 View Figure 8 (c)); ovipositor sheaths long, reaching posterior margin of GT1 ( Figure 9 View Figure 9 (d)).
