Agrilus nigricinctus Kerremans, 1912 . Primary: Lectotype by present designation, 3, ( MNHN): “ Formosa H. Sauter 1912 [p] \ nigricinctus Kerr. Type [h] \ Museum Paris Coll. Ch. Kerremans 1923 [p] [yellow label]”. Secondary: 1 PLT ( MNHN) ; 1 PLT ( DEI) . Described from unspecified number of syntypes.

Remark: The name nigricinctus Kerremans, 1912 was placed into the synonymy of A. obscurecinctus Obenberger, 1935 by Jendek (2006: 400).
