Agrilus vaginalis Abeille de Perrin, 1897 . Primary: Lectotype by present designation, 3, ( NMPC): “Caucasus. Araxesthal. Leder. Reitter. [p] \ Type [p] [red ink] \ Typus [p] [red label] \ Agrilus vaginalis Ab. Type [h] Det. Dr. Obenberger [p]”. Secondary: 2 PLT ( MNHN) . Described from unspecified number of syntypes.

Agrilus vaginalis variety niveifrons Abeille de Perrin, 1897 . Primary: Lectotype by present designation, 3, ( MNHN): “Caucasus Armen. Geb. Leder Reitter [p] \ vaginalis var. niveifrons Ab. [h] Type [h] [red ink] \ Type [p] [red label] Muséum Paris Coll. Abeille de Perrin 1919 [p] \”. Secondary: 1 PLT ( MNHN) . Described from unspecified number of syntypes .

Agrilus syrdarjensis Obenberger, 1928 . Primary: Lectotype by present designation, Ƥ, ( NMPC): “ Dzhulak pr. Perovsk 16.V.1913 Voly... [illegible] [h] \ TYPUS [p] [red label] \ Agrilus Syrdarjensis m. Type [h] Det. Dr Obenberger [p] \ Mus. Nat. Pragae Inv. [p] 24941 [h] [orange label]”. Described from unspecified number of syntypes.

Remark: The name niveifrons Abeille de Perrin, 1897 was placed into the synonymy of A. vaginalis vaginalis Abeille de Perrin, 1897 by Jendek (2006a: 395). The availability of the name niveifrons Abeille de Perrin, 1897 was treated by Jendek (2006b: 40).
