COMMENTS: Parkes gave the AMNH number of the holotype in the original description. The three paratypes from Mount Banahao, Laguna, Luzon are: AMNH 296126 About AMNH (Zimmer no. 1328), male, and AMNH 296127 About AMNH (1322), male, both 30 December 1915 ; and AMNH 296128 About AMNH (1559), female, 7 December 1916 .
