Comments: Reported from Minnesota by Mitchell (1962), but Baker (1975) shows the northernmost range as occurring in southern Kansas and Missouri (see also these range limits cited by Hurd 1979). Baker (1975) does not mention the Mitchell (1962) record and the source of the purported Minnesota specimen is unknown.
