Centris (Paracentris) anthracina SNELLING, 1966: 14 (Junior synonym of C. nigrocaerulea Smith, 1874 ).

Type data. SNELLING (1966) described this species based on male and female specimens collected by the American lepidopterist Roger N. Williams in Uyaca Mountain, Yoro Department, Honduras.
