Diagnosis. Male ( Figs. 10A, B View FIGURE 10 ). Wingspan 13.5–14.0 mm.

Male genitalia ( Figs. 10B, B View FIGURE 10 1 View FIGURE 1 ): Uncus slender, bar-shaped, reaching apex of basal plate of gnathos. Basal plate of gnathos narrowly produced apically; median process strongly bent downward pre-apically; sharply pointed. Tegumen weakly sclerotized. Valva broad expansion basally, narrowed before cucullus; cucullus foot-shaped; outer margin gently rounded near apex. Juxta shield-shaped; caudal margin slightly concave, slightly produced latero-caudally. Aedeagus stout, as long as valva, bent at basal 1/3; cornuti consisting of two different sizes of crescent plate surround numerous spinules.

Female genitalia ( Fig. 10C View FIGURE 10 ): See Park et al. (2022b, fig. 11B).

Distribution. Ivory Coast (Gouédié), Liberia & Guinea (Nimba Mts.: new record).

Remark. The species was described from Ivory Coast, based on a female. The male is reported for the first time, with description and illustration of the male genitalia.
