DISTRIBUTION: Woodland parts of Europe from the Mediterranean (except S. and C. Iberia) to the Baltic, east to the Volga River, west to S. W. France; Caucasus; N. Asia Minor; N. Iran; Crete; Corfu; Kefallinia and N. Adriatic Isis.; Sicily; Elba; Corsica; Sardinia.
