This nematode was described from the small intestine and stomach of the spotted desert racer, Coluber karelini Brandt (= Platyceps karelini ) ( Colubridae ), dwarf sand boa, Eryx miliaris (Pallas) ( Boidae ), and E. carinatus from Dagestan ( Russia) and Turkmenistan ( Markov and Bogdanov, 1960; Markov et al., 1970).
