( Figs 244-246; Hab. E 41)
DIAGNOSIS. Female (overall length about 0.8mm): scape mostly dark brown; pedicel and funicle pale yellow; clava dusky yellow with darker apex; coxae white; legs otherwise white to pale yellow; gaster dorsally dark brown with a large, median pale orange area; side and venter pale orange; frontovertex about 0.4X head width; antenna ( Fig. 246) with scape a little less than 3X as long as broad, funicle with F1 narrower than pedicel, F1-F3 subequal, small, subquadrate, F4-F6 largest and longer than broad; linear sensilla only on F4-F6; clava nearly as long as funicle and about 4.5X as long as broad; palp formula 3-2; scutellum with 3 pairs of setae and longitudinally elongate polygonally reticulate to striate-reticulate sculpture, deeper than polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesoscutum; mid basitarsus with 4 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly longer than basitarsus; fore wing with stigmal vein ( Fig. 244) a little longer than postmarginal vein and about as long as marginal vein; hypopygium reaching about 0.6X towards apex of gaster; ovipositor nearly 4X as long as gonostylus and exserted with exserted part a little shorter than mid tibial spur. Male: unknown.
Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.76mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.72mm ( CPD) .
Head dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a weak coppery sheen; frontovertex generally metallic dark green with some coppery areas especially along occipital and inner eye margins and above scrobes; scrobal area, temple and gena with a weak to moderate coppery sheen; frontovertex with a few, inconspicuous, scattered, brown setae; gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; palpi white; radicle dark brown; scape dark brown with apical one-third yellow, pedicel and funicle pale yellow, clava slightly dusky yellow, apical segment slightly darker; thorax dark brown to black with a metallic lustre; pronotum with a moderate coppery sheen; mesoscutum brighter metallic dark green with some coppery beneath pronotum and narrowly coppery purple along posterior margin; tegula dark purple-brown with a weak coppery sheen; axilla with a coppery purple sheen; scutellum dorsally virtually matt, but with a weak coppery sheen, extreme apex weakly shining and slightly brassy, extreme side mostly metallic dark green; mesopleuron with a moderate coppery purple sheen; coxae white, legs otherwise white to pale yellow, tarsi very pale orange, each apical tarsomere slightly dusky; wings virtually completely hyaline but fore wing with a small, very weakly infuscate area adjacent to marginal and stigmal veins ( Fig. 244); propodeum dark brown with a weak purple sheen; gaster dorsally mainly dark brown with a pale orange subtriangular area from TI-TIV, area width of gaster on TI and narrowest on TIV, side and venter pale orange; gonostylus dark brown.
Head about 2.4X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.45X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 90° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, not carinate; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin; ocelli forming an angle of about 75°; frontovertex not widening in front of anterior ocellus, with distinct, moderately deep, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size generally subequal to eye facet, not shallower above top of scrobes; temple and gena with slightly shallower, hardly elongate, fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobal area with distinct, fairly regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes moderately deep with rounded margins, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded; antenna as in Fig. 246; scape broadened and flattened, about 2.7X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F3, subequal, relatively small, subquadrate, F4-F6 largest and clearly longer than broad, linear sensilla present only on F4-F6; clava about 4.5X as long as broad, about 1.2X as wide as F6, not curved downwards, very slightly longer than F2-F6 combined, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed appearance; eye slightly overreaching occipital margin, clothed with fairly dense, conspicuous setae, each slightly longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus absent; clypeal margin conspicuously concave, more or less straight medially; mandible with two acute teeth and a shorter, weakly acute, upper tooth; palp formula 3-2. Relative measurements: HW 66, HH 50.5, FV 28, POL 12, OOL 3, OCL 2, AOL 9.5, EL 40, EW 33, MS 19, SL 26, SW 9.5.
Thorax with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, its posterior margin broadly concave, not angular medially; pronotum with similar sculpture to that in ocellar area but generally of slightly smaller cells; sculpture on mesoscutum similar to that on pronotum; axilla with much shallower and finer sculpture than mesoscutum; scutellum dorsally with very fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is a much deeper than sculpture on mesoscutum, slightly longitudinally elongate laterally, extreme side and apex completely smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 2.1X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.1X as broad as long; hind femur about 3.5X as long as broad; mid basitarsus with 4 ventral pegs; mid tibial spur slightly longer than basitarsus; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 244, 245; propodeum medially much less than 0.1X as long as scutellum. Relative measurements: FWL 54.5, FWW 23.5; HWL 37, HWW 8.
Gaster with hypopygium reaching about 0.6X to apex; last tergite about 0.65X as long as mid tibia, with apex broadly rounded; ovipositor exserted, the exserted part about 0.6X as long as mid tibial spur or about 0.17X mid tibia. Relative measurements: OL 47.5, GL 13 [MT 42.5].
