( Figs 199-205; Hab. E 31)

DIAGNOSIS. Female (length about 0.7mm): scape largely pale orange-brown; pedicel and flagellum pale orange; fore coxa yellow, mid and hind coxae brown; fore femur and tibia yellow; mid and hind tibiae yellow, immaculate; gaster brown; frontovertex ( Fig. 199) about 0.6X head width; antenna ( Fig. 200) with scape about 3X as long as broad, funicle with F1 narrower than pedicel, all segments longer than broad, F5-F6 slightly broader and larger, linear sensilla on F5-F6 or also present on F3; clava about as long as F4-F6 combined and about 4X as long as broad; palp formula 3-2; scutellum ( Fig. 203) with 3 pairs of setae and very fine, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture of silky appearance, that is slightly shallower than that on mesoscutum; mid tibial spur a little longer than basitarsus; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; fore wing with stigmal vein ( Fig. 201) slightly longer than postmarginal vein but about as long as marginal vein; hypopygium reaching apex of gaster; ovipositor ( Fig. 202) about 3.6X as long as gonostylus, exserted part longer than mid tibial spur. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 0.66mm; excluding ovipositor, 0.56mm ( CPD) .

Body dark brown to black with a weak to moderate metallic lustre; occiput with a slight purple and brassy sheen; frontovertex along occipital margin and in ocellar area with slight coppery sheen, elsewhere coppery purple mixed with some metallic dark green; scrobal area, temple and gena with a moderate coppery purple sheen; frontovertex, gena and interantennal prominence with a few scattered, very inconspicuous, brown setae; maxillary palpus white; radicle dusky pale orange; scape pale orange-brown; pedicel pale orange, slightly dusky dorsally; funicle and clava pale orange; pronotum with a slight coppery purple sheen; mesoscutum and axilla with a slight coppery purple sheen; scutellum with a slightly duller coppery purple sheen than mesoscutum but of slightly silky appearance; tegula dark brown with a weak coppery purple sheen; mesopleuron with a moderate coppery purple sheen; fore coxa yellow, partially pale brown proximally, mid and hind coxae dark brown; fore femur yellow, tibia yellow, tarsus yellow, apical tarsomere pale brown; mid femur very slightly dusky yellow, apices yellow, tibia yellow, spur and tarsus yellow, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; hind femur dark brown, pale orange-brown at apices, tibia and tarsus yellow, apical tarsomere slightly dusky; wings hyaline, fore wing with a very small, weakly infuscate area immediately below marginal vein ( Fig. 201); propodeum with a weak brassy and coppery purple sheen; gaster brown with brassy, purple, blue, green and coppery reflections; gonostylus dark brown.

Head ( Fig. 199) about 1.7X as wide as frontovertex, in profile subtrapezoidal, about 1.6X as high as deep, tangent to frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin rounded; no distinct oval depression adjacent to eye near occipital margin;; ocelli forming an angle of about 95°;frontovertex widening in front of anterior ocellus, with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture of mesh size subequal to eye facet; temple and gena with shallow, slightly longitudinally elongate, fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobal area with shallow, regular, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scrobes shallow, indistinctly margined, broadly ∩-shaped; interantennal prominence dorsally narrowly rounded, nearly reaching frontovertex; antenna as in Fig. 200; scape slightly broadened and flattened, about 3.1X as long as broad; funicle with F1-F4 slender, clearly narrower than pedicel, subequal and slightly longer than broad, F5-F6 very slightly broader and longer, subequal and slightly longer than broad; linear sensilla present only on F5-F6; clava slender, about 3.8X as long as broad, about 1.2X as wide as F6, and about as long as F4-F6 combined, sutures parallel, sensory area small, at apex only giving it a pointed appearance; eye not reaching occipital margin, separated by at least about 2X diameter of facet, clothed with sparse, fairly conspicuous setae, each not longer than diameter of facet; malar sulcus absent; clypeal margin broadly concave; mandible with 3 teeth, lowest acute, middle rounded, upper short and obtuse; palp formula 3-2. Relative measurements: HW 53.5, HH 49, FV 32, POL 14.5, OOL 4.5, OCL 2, AOL 9, EL 27.5, EW 21, MS 19, SL 20, SW 6.5.

Thorax ( Fig. 203) with pronotum slightly exposed behind head, its posterior margin virtually straight; pronotum with polygonally reticulate sculpture that is similar to that in ocellar area but of slightly smaller mesh and perhaps slightly shallower; mesoscutum with well-defined, slightly longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is a little deeper than that on frontovertex; axilla virtually smooth with very shallow, fine, polygonally reticulate sculpture; scutellum flat with very fine, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture of silky appearance, that is slightly shallower and of much smaller mesh than that on mesoscutum, extreme apex and side quite smooth and shiny; visible part of mesoscutum about 2.4X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.1X as broad as long and with 3 pairs of setae; mid tibial spur a little longer than basitarsus; hind femur about 3.3X as long as broad; mid tibial spur a little longer than basitarsus; mid basitarsus with 2 ventral pegs; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 201, 204, stigmal vein slightly longer than postmarginal but about as long as marginal veins; propodeum ( Fig. 203) medially much less than 0.1X as long as scutellum.
