( Figs 471-476)

DIAGNOSIS. Female (length about 1.5mm): head ( Fig. 471) about 3.5X as wide as frontovertex; antenna ( Fig. 472) with pedicel about as long as F1-F3 combined, all funicle segments transverse, F1-F3 subequal, without linear sensilla and smaller than F4-F6, F5 and F6 very pale yellow and contrasting with darker remaining segments and clava; clava with a weak, slightly oblique apical truncation; fore wing with marginal vein ( Fig. 473) about 0.6X as long as broad; linea calva ( Fig. 476) open near posterior wing margin; ovipositor ( Fig. 474) about 1.6X as long as mid tibia and about 3X as long as gonostylus. Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.49mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.35mm ( CPD) .

Head orange; frontovertex with a weak purple and violet sheen; scrobes, interantennal prominence, temple and gena with a weak brassy sheen, upper gena with a very weak purple sheen; frontovertex with moderately conspicuous, scattered dark brown setae, a line of translucent pale brown setae along inner eye margin, continued below eye, gena and interantennal prominence with scattered dark brown setae; maxillary palpus orange; antenna with radicle orange, dark brown at apex; scape orange with ventral margin broadly dark brown, dorsal margin very slightly dusky; pedicel orange with a complete dark brown, dorso-lateral stripe; funicle with F1-F3 brown, F4 dusky pale orange, F5-F6 pale yellow, almost white; clava dark brown; pronotum orange, neck slightly dusky; propleuron brown; prosternum orange; mesoscutum orange-brown, with a moderate, mixed, olive-green and blue-green sheen, coppery purple along posterior margin, pale orange below pronotum; tegula orange, apex orange-brown; axilla and scutellum orange; setae on dorsum of thorax dark brown or black; metanotum orange; mesopleuron orange with a mixed, weak, brassy, purple, blue and green sheen; mesosternum dark brown; metapleuron orange; fore leg orange, femur dusky along ventral margin, tarsus very slightly dusky; mid leg orange, tibia marked dark brown at base, spur dark brown; hind coxa dark orange-brown, leg otherwise orange; fore wing ( Fig. 476) mostly infuscate but hyaline at apex, venation mainly brown, but apically orange; propodeum orange with a weak brassy lustre, side with a very weak purple and blue sheen; gaster generally slightly dusky orange with weak brassy, green and purple reflections, basal tergites slightly brownish and a slightly stronger metallic sheen, syntergum pale orange with apex pale brown; gonostylus pale orange.

Head ( Fig. 471) about 3.5X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.6X as high as deep, interantennal prominence hardly protuberant; occipital margin sharp, weakly carinate; inner eye margins weakly converging anteriorly; ocelli forming an angle of about 95°; frontovertex quite shiny, with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture that is of conspicuously smaller mesh size than diameter of eye facet; temple and gena with shallow, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate to imbricate reticulate sculpture that is clearly deeper than that on frontovertex, area immediately below eye completely smooth; scrobes quite smooth; narrowest point between eye and transfacial ridge about 2X diameter of anterior ocellus; scrobes moderately deep, broadly ∩-shaped and weakly margined dorsally and laterally; interantennal prominence dorsally rounded, with shallow, polygonally reticulate sculpture; antenna as in Fig. 472; scape strongly broadened and flattened, only about 1.6X as long as broad, dorsal margin strongly convex; all funicle segments transverse, although some subquadrate, segments larger and broader distad, F1- F3 narrower than pedicel, F4-F6 as wide as pedicel or wider, linear sensilla present only on F4-F6; clava hardly enlarged, about 1.1X as wide as F6 and slightly longer than F3-F6 combined, outer suture slightly oblique, sensory area slightly enlarged about 0.2X as long as clava, apex hardly obliquely truncate; eye reaching occipital margin, clothed in moderately conspicuous setae, each about as long as diameter of facet; clypeal margin medially hardly concave; mandible with 3 acute teeth. Relative measurements: HW 78, HH 64, FVL 42, FV 22, POL 15, OOL 2, OCL 2, AOL 9.5, EL 40, EW 36, MS 30, SL 35, SW 21.5.

Thorax with pronotum hardly exposed behind head, in dorsal view less than 0.5X as long as mesoscutum; pronotum, mesoscutum and axilla with imbricate-reticulate sculpture that is about as deep as that near occipital margin; scutellum with conspicuously deeper, coarser, longitudinally elongate striate-reticulate sculpture; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.7X as broad as long; scutellum about 1.1X as broad as long; hind femur about 3.7X as long as broad; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 473, 476; costal cell with a line of setae dorsally in distal half or so; propodeum medially about 0.12X as long as scutellum, virtually smooth. Relative measurements: FWL 94.5, FWW 42; HWL 74, HWW 22.

Gaster with hypopygium ( Fig. 477) about 0.6X to apex; last tergite about 0.85X as long as mid tibia, with apex rounded or weakly angular; ovipositor ( Fig. 474) slightly exserted, the exserted part very nearly as long as mid tibial spur or about 0.3X mid tibia. Relative measurements: OL 54, GL 18 [MT 34].
