Male: unknown.

Female (holotype): length, including ovipositor, 1.94mm; excluding ovipositor, 1.84mm (CPD).

Body generally orange with a weak to fairly strong metallic sheen, gaster largely orange-brown to brown; head orange, occiput with a slight brassy sheen and a small brown spot above foramen, frontovertex mostly with a violet sheen with some metallic dark blue, ocellar area mostly slightly coppery; temple and posterior part of gena with a slight brassy sheen, narrowly coppery along eye; anterior part of gena slightly coppery and with a moderate metallic dark blue and violet sheen below eye; area between scrobe and eye mostly with a violet sheen; scrobal area mostly with a slight metallic dark green and dark blue-green sheen; mouth margin slightly coppery; antenna with radicle orange, apex narrowly dark brown; scape orange with ventral margin quite broadly dark brown; pedicel mostly pale orange, dorsally dark brown towards base; funicle with F1-F4 pale orange-brown, F5 pale orange, F6 dark brown; clava dark brown; mandible orange, apical half moderately dark amber; palpi mostly dark brown, but maxillary palpus proximally and labial palpus pale orange; thorax orange except for brown prosternum and mesosternum; pronotum with a slight brassy sheen; mesoscutum with a moderate metallic dark blue and violet sheen, posterior margin weakly coppery; axilla with a very weak coppery and brassy sheen; scutellum with a slight silky sheen, very slightly brassy with a few coppery reflections, extreme apex slightly coppery; tegula orange with a slight brassy and weak coppery sheen, apex pale orange-brown; setae on dorsum of thorax dark brown or black; mesopleuron mostly with a slight brassy sheen; fore coxa slightly dusky pale orange, some brown and dark brown basally; mid coxa pale orange, orange-brown ventrally, hind coxa dark brown; fore femur pale orange, tibia pale orange, narrowly margined dorsally and ventrally brown, tarsus pale orange, pretarsus dark brown; mid femur, tibia and tarsus pale orange, mid tibial spur dark brown, apical tarsomere dusky; hind femur and tibia slightly dusky pale orange, tarsus pale orange, apical tarsomere orange-brown; fore wing ( Fig. 480) almost completely infuscate but apex fairly narrowly hyaline, margin of infuscate area curved, subparallel to wing apex and very slightly darker, hind wing hyaline, venation pale orange to pale orange-brown; propodeum slightly dusky orange with a slight brassy sheen with weak coppery reflections, side with a moderate metallic dark green sheen mixed coppery; gaster dorsally largely with a slight coppery and brassy sheen with coppery red and dark green reflections, TI-TV largely brown with orange anteriorly, TVI and syntergum mostly orange margined pale brown, side and venter brown, mostly slightly metallic dark green and brassy with some coppery red; gonostylus dusky pale orange.

Head about 2.9X as wide as frontovertex, in profile about 1.5X as high as deep, frontovertex virtually flat, very weakly convex from occipital margin to top of scrobes, interantennal prominence fairly protuberant, tangent of frontovertex forming an angle of about 105° with that of face; occipital margin sharp, carinate; a fairly conspicuous, shallow, oval, shiny-bottomed depression adjacent to eye margin virtually level with posterior ocellus; ocelli forming an angle of about 97°; frontovertex, above anterior ocellus with shallow, well-defined, polygonally reticulate sculpture but below anterior ocellus sculpture extremely shallow and appearing fairly smooth and shiny; piliferous punctures fairly sparse and inconspicuous, each very slightly less than diameter of eye facet and separated by much more than their own diameters; temple and posterior part of gena with shallow, longitudinally elongate, polygonally reticulate sculpture, anterior part of gena with shallow longitudinally elongate sculpture, area immediately below eye completely smooth; scrobes shallow but well-defined, broadly ∩-shaped, laterally with shallow transversely elongate sculpture, interantennal prominence with very shallow fine polygonally reticulate sculpture; torulus about 1.2x its own length from mouth margin, its upper margin well below lower eye margin; mouth about 0.4X as wide as head; antenna as in Fig. 479; scape about 1.5X as long as broad, its dorsal margin convex; flagellum subfiliform, all segments a little wider than pedicel; F1 smallest, F2-F6 larger, subequal and subquadrate, F4 widest, other segments very slightly narrower, F1 distinctly smaller than F2, about 0.9X as long as broad, F6 about 0.9X as long as broad, linear sensilla on all funicle segments; clava hardly wider than F6, about 2.5X as long as broad, slightly shorter than F4-F6 combined, sensory area hardly enlarged, at apex only giving it a rounded appearance; eye very slightly overreaching occipital margin, virtually naked but clothed with very sparse, very inconspicuous, short setae that are less than 0.5X as long as diameter of facet; clypeal margin weakly emarginate, medially very weakly concave; mandible with three acute teeth. Relative measurements: HW 126, HH 102, FVL 60, FV 44, POL 27, OOL 3, OCL 3.5, AOL 16, EL 63.5, EW 59, MS 45, SL 49.5, SW 32.5.

Thorax with pronotum hardly exposed behind head; on pronotum with shallow, very slightly transversely elongate polygonally reticulate sculpture of subequal mesh size to eye facet; mesoscutum generally with imbricate-reticulate sculpture that is similar to pronotum but shallower and of slightly smaller mesh, piliferous punctures a little larger and slightly more numerous than those on frontovertex but separated by much more than their own diameters; axilla with polygonally reticulate sculpture and piliferous punctures similar to mesoscutum; scutellum with deeper sculpture than mesoscutum, mostly longitudinally elongate, striate-reticulate to striate sculpture, medially cells more distinct and polygonal; sculpture very slightly deeper in apical one-third, piliferous punctures similar to those on mesoscutum, apex without a flange but weakly carinate, longitudinal median ridge absent; visible part of mesoscutum about 1.5X as broad as long; scutellum hardly broader than long and hardly convex with apex narrowly rounded; mid tibial spur about 0.9X as long as basitarsus; fore wing with venation and setation as in Figs 479, 480; parastigma very slightly downcurved, hardly swollen and with setae near posterior margin directed slightly backwards; linea calva not interrupted; propodeum medially about 0.13X as long as scutellum and with some shallow irregular sculpture medially, but deeper and more lineolate laterally, about 12-15 conspicuous, bristle-like setae outside spiracle.
