Remarks. Cox’s (1857) type incomplete; umbo subcentral, broad and elevated; prosopon with regular comarginal lirae, closely spaced and distinct;
radii lacking; hinge, ligament and interior unknown.
Placed in Solemya by Cox (1857), Keyes (1888)
and Hind (1896). Not a solemyid; probable edmondiid: Edmondia ?
