Comments

Only E. cyparissias ( Fig. 7) was included in our analysis. This species shares with the genus Castnius characters related to wing venation, aedeagus, and saccus. Several homoplastic characters define the species; however, because only one species of the genus was examined, these characters may also be diagnostic for the species, and for this reason they were not included here. We maintain the validity of the genus and its composition as given by Lamas (1995).
