Distribution in Iran. Bushehr, Khuzestan (Linnavuori 2011), Guilan ( Linnavuori 2007), Hormozgan ( Linnavuori 2004).

General distribution. Eremian, extending from the Canary Islands to Egypt and Middle East, Cape Verde Islands, and Sudan.

Comments. At light in shores of rivers with Cyperaceae and Juncaceae and closely located gardens and marshes (Linnavuori 2011).
