Distribution in Iran. Alborz ( Kheradmand et al. 2002, 2005), Ardabil ( Modarres Awal 1987; Linnavuori 2007), Bushehr, Fars, Ilam, Isfahan, Khuzestan, Kuhgiluyeh & Boyerahmad, Kordestan, West Azarbaijan (Linnavuori 2011), Golestan, Guilan, Mazandaran, Tehran ( Linnavuori 2007), Hormozgan ( Linnavuori 2004), Kerman ( Kiritshenko 1966), Khorasan ( Seidenstücker 1957; Modarres Awal 1996b), Zanjan ( Linnavuori 2007, 2011).

General distribution. Holomediterranean, extending to Central Europe, Middle East, and Middle Asia.
