The species was described from Akmolinsk (currently Astana) Province of Kazakhstan ( Emeljanov, 1959). Vilbaste (1980) recorded this species from Central Tuva (type locality of A. nanophyti View in CoL —Dus-Hol’ Lake, environs of Kyzyl and Chaa-Hol' village on Nanophyton View in CoL sp.) and from Southern Tuva (Irbitei and Hol'-Oogu Rivers).
Material examined: Russia: Southern Tuva: 2♂, environs of Hol'-Oogu village, 26.06.2012; 1♂, environs of Handagaity village , 28.0 6.2012, all on Nanophyton erinaceum (Pall) , all leg. S.H. Saryglar ( ZIN).
