One ♀ syntype with labels: “ Brésil ” [handwritten on a strip of white paper]; “ Hyperophora brasiliensis Br. ” [handwritten on green paper]; “ TYPE BRUNN ” [printed on a strip of white paper]; “ Syntypus ” [printed on red paper]. Specimen set

with wings spread; most of both antennae and the last tarsal segment of the right middle and left hind legs are lost. Images on OSF. Box B9.
