TYPE LOCALITY AND TYPE SPECIMEN (S).— Tarabucan (12°13ʹN, 124°35ʹE), four miles SE of spur of Sigarag Mountains , Matuguinao Municipality, northern Western Samar Prov., Samar Id., Philippines. Holotype: FMNH 96520 View Materials .
PHILIPPINE DISTRIBUTION (ENDEMIC) ( Map 32D [p. 143]).— Samar (known only from the type locality) .
