TL: Darjeeling, West Bengal, India.
TD: BMNH.
Distribution in India: Darjeeling ( Moore 1867); North West Himalayas, Sikkim ( Hampson 1894), North India ( Holloway 2003). Elsewhere: Inoue (1998) mentioned a single female from Walunchung, Nepal collected in 1963.
Remarks: There are numerous specimens deposited in the MWM collected in Nepal and China-Sichuan. Host Plant: Castanopsis indica ( Hampson, 1900) .
