Distribution. Argenis incisuratus was described from Sri Lanka ( Walker 1873) and recently mentioned from Papua New Guinea (Chérot et al., under press). The species is also known from China (Hainan, Yunnan), India (Karnataka), Indonesia (Java) and Taiwan ( Carvalho 1959; Schuh 2002–2013).
