Talofofo plateau, June 17, reared from leafroller on Elephantopus spicatus, Swezey ; Sasa , June 22, Swezey; Piti , July 13, 28, Oct. 6, Nov. 4, reared from Eleph ~ntopus, and two specimens at light, Swezey; Dandan, July 17, reared from Elephantopus and a weed of the mint family, Swezey. One specimen in Bishop Museum, Fullaway , 1911.
This moth has a very wide distribution: North and South America, West Indies, Africa, India, China, and Australia. Now recorded from Guam for the first time.
