Carapace oval, narrowed in front; median furrow linear; submarginal longitudinal dark patterns or radiated dark patterns distinct. Both eye rows procurved in frontal view; anterior medians usually smaller than laterals. Chelicerae with three promarginal and two retromarginal teeth. Abdominal dorsum with lighter branch or dot patterns on the dark ground. Order of leg length 4123. Tibia I with two pairs of ventral spines. Metatarsus I and II with two or three pairs of ventral spines ( Locket & Millidge 1951).
