NOTES

Lecomte (1928a: 104) cited Poilane 1863 from “ Laos, près de Sam Nuea” as the original gathering. Five sheets of Poilane 1863 have been located at NY, P and VNM. The specimen P00721522 is designated here as the lectotype since it is the only sheet with Lecomte’s annotation and the best preserved with many fruits and a detailed label.
